Dance Again

Hello and I hope your weekend was awesome!  I will admit that I had a great one.  Just taking in the simple stuff makes a huge difference to one's life.  Anyhoo, I am on this vibe of you can start to be loved, have fun and be empowered in this moment.  I got an interesting wake up call this weekend around the concept of being in the energy of desperation which I will post later in this week once I find the words to express it.

But for this week, let's take lead from the sexy Jennifer Lopez.  If there is anyone who knows how to live a good life and makes it all new and keeps it evolving, it is her.  She is rocking her life and I will say aging beautifully!  I want some of that!  Enjoy and strong week to you.

Loving The 30's : 5 Things

My 20's were truly a blur.  I do remember having quite a few wild moments and loads of energy.  Did I use it all wisely? No a chance.  But through it all I did learn soooo much.  Being 20 and aware has been the biggest gift I gave myself.  But there is the youth and beauty that I took for granted.  Ask me to go back and I actually am likely to decline the offer and here is why :

1. There is a wisdom you get in your 30's where you figure out and conclude quicker about a challenge or situation.  Your clarity on your next step definitely comes quicker in your 30's
2. Your happiness and comfortability definitely feature more strongly in your decision making.  The disease to please is less than before
3. Sex is better!  I guess it is about exploring and experiencing on more than just one level
4. Taking moments and savouring them are just so much more powerful
5. There is a confidence in yourself whether it be emotionally or mentally.  There is more belief in what you about and how you handle situations

Human Nature : Hello Again!

Darlings!  Yes I have been away for the whole of June.  Sh1t Happens as they say and I had a full head and heart and just could not feel what I was doing in my work, life and my writing.  I also has some personal heavy stuff to deal with and I needed to deal with it on my own.  So I hope that you have been well and blessed! I will be catching up with all that I have missed over the past couple of weeks.

So we are in July and it is my most favourite month!  Primarily because it is my birthday month.  And I have decided to celebrate the new era I am stepping into.  It is my scary age.  The big 35!  I could never imagine life beyond this.  But I am here and I have to deal with it.  No getting away with it.  So instead of being depressed and sad about my age, I have decided to start celebrating and being grateful.
