Friends With Benefits

I just recently got to watch Friends with Benefits.  The traditional South Africa Sunday evening ritual! I never quite got around to watching it at the cinema but very happy that I finally had a chance to see Justin Timberlake act.  I am yet to see him the Social Network.  I know, how out of touch am I?

Anyhoo, I loved it!  The combination of him and Mila somehow worked. It was cute, funny and brings home the point that Friendship is a key foundation in any good relationship.  Whichever way you look at it, you need to like that person in a deeper sense and like spending time with them.  It is the person you would "spend your Saturday with".  Such a cool metaphor!  So honeyz, as you  go out there and experience the city and mingle, I hope you enjoy it with people you can spend your "Saturday" with.  Be Blessed!

PS : I am crushing on Justin in a big way after this movie.  What a sexy butt he has!  hehehehehe

Halloween Fever

I know it is early but in South Africa, this weekend is Halloween fever.  Just wishing you all a good party and good time.  I will be doing a fab Halloween party tonight.  I am channelling Rihanna with her Disturbia look.  Excited!  You like?  Mwah

CrazeeBee Love : What's Your Number

In the CB love section this week, I am giving a shout out and lots of love to the movie "What's your number".  It is hilarious and pleasantly surprising how Chris Evans turns out to be more of a man that I saw him to be.  And this speaks to the characters he plays and not him personally (sorry Chris!).  I loved how his character unfolded in the movie and became more lovable, adorable and awesome as the movie continued.  Sometimes it is great to get that guy that is there to help to unpack your baggage and help you get to just being you.  Yum!!!!   So if you in the mood for a funny rom-com, I do recommend this.  Enjoy!

CrazeeBee Love : French plus Rugby = Yum

Watched a Rugby game the other day and got to see Frederic Michalak in action.  He is French, Sporty and Adorable!  He also gets the latest most kissable award from CrazeeBee.  So sending out love to an awesome rugby player.  So happy he lives and plays in South Africa.  We have welcomed him into our land to stay and enjoy.  Delight in this sexy adorable man.

Adore Minute : Bless Prince Charming

I really got into a bit of trouble the other day.  I left my man-bag at a restaurant with my car keys, house keys and wallat in it.  I discover said man-bag missing the evening as I was getting ready to go home.  The restaurant was closed so I was left stranded! But what I can say is that everything worked out.

Lots came together to make it happen.  I had a prince charming, the very reliable best friend and the angels that had my back.  Prince Charming made sure I got back home safely, angels blessed me and kept my bag safe for collection the next morning (honest people exist, Amen) , prince charming collected it and kept it safe for me.

So this is just to celebrate the prince charmings out there that just do what they need to to help us out when we need it.  Bless them!

Adore Minute : Loving Your Cuddle-Worthiness!

Today's adore minute is a simple yet yummy one.  Today, let's say thank you and amen to men that love to cuddle with us.  You know, somedays it is just physically feeling close to someone and breathing them in, feeling them close with their energy, warmth and love.  Yum Yum!

So Thank You rockstar men that love just  being and cuddling sometimes.  Yay!

Adore Minute : Finding Our Way Back To Truth

So this has been an interesting week.  Connections with the special ones in our lives are never always smooth sailing.  What always amazes me is how with love, patience and understanding, you can find your way back to your connection.  Even more amazing, is when you can get that right with the special men in your life.

I can see that there will be times that you can get insecure with your man and question his intentions for you and relationship.  You can get disappointed and hurt by them but who is to say that what you understand the situation to be is the way it should be.  So I would like to honor that when you open your mind and heart and look to understand the man you love beyond just when the times are good, that you will find a way to getting that connection strong and finding a way back to truth.  And when that happens, it is really amazing as you back in a position of choice for next step.

So here are to the men that are strong enough to share and be honest with you to help you both find your way back to truth.

Adore Minute : Bless His Humble Nature

So as a gay man, I do get to participate in girl talk and contribute to the subjects on the table.  The goodness of a man or the badness of a man is the basic theme.  But these days, I have been blessed to be speaking more about the goodness of a man in my circles.  So one topic we have been discussing lately has been the "arrogance" or  the "sharp mind that can be devious".  So it stands to reason that the man with true and honest intentions for loving you goes to the top of the list.

So my vote goes to Jason Hoppy!  I loved him in Bethanny Getting Married.  He was sweet, strong and honest in his intentions.  So bless that the type of honesty, humbleness and good intentions.  My girlfriends went for Josh Groban.  I have been to one of his concerts but he is a darlin as well from what I saw at his concert. So today, we adore the humbleness within good men and men with good and honest intentions.  Those strong enough within themselves to let their warmth from inside shine out!  CB loves that and is saying thanks to those wonderful men that can do that!  Mwah!

Adore Minute : Separate Togetherness

I am in the wonderful Sun City area for the weekend for the Michael Buble concert.  I am very excited as all my friends that have attended are all raving about how good his concerts have been.  To add to my happy mood, I have some wonderful scenery in front of me.  Noted in the pic above!  Yummy indeed.   But it is what is happening next to me that I am loving most of all.

So there is this very cute couple.  The lady is chilling and reading her kindle and her man is playing guitar in this soft, gentle, loving manner.  And it is beautiful soft and loving music.  Kinda like you in Europe in some romantic city with great atmosphere and love surrounding you.  Firstly that  man comes across very very HOT! hehehehehe  Nothing like a man in touch with his romantic side.

Just so sexy how he and his partner can just be in their zone together but separate.  They just so relaxed within themselves and comfortable with taking in the beauty around them ad each other.  Just being! Very sexy and very cool.  So adore it and bless them :)

Adore Minute : See The Best In The Situation

I was b1tching to one of my trusted advisors yesterday.  I was really disappointed in a person and situation I found myself in.  I was frustrated and irritated by having to take on additional tasks to get a certain job done.  To my surprise I noticed how he kept coming back to a balanced view and taking me back to seeing the situation and the person in a bigger context.  I was annoyed at first as it was always meant to be about me and my feelings!

But reflecting further on the wisdom he shared with me, it is very awesome how he is able to see the best in every situation and person.  And what an amazing trait to have that ability to look beyond the person, their behaviour in the moment and see the true goodness they are capable of.  And I can see why so many respect him and adore him.  He is able to see more to the person than the situation and behaviour in the moment of weakness or confusion.  He believes in the innate goodness and talent in people.

So thanks to him for being that inspiration to me!

Adore Minute : Walk Through The Open Door

I know this young and very amazing man.  There is a 10 year difference in our age, so the generation gap does exist.  I am amazed how one can learn from anyone in your life if you allow yourself to be open.  So we were hanging out the other day and we decided we would go for a walk around my estate.  Now I will admit, I was not one to explore the estate I live in but I decided to go with flow and do the nature walk.

I was pleasantly surprised by how adventurous he was and how he led the way in unfamiliar territory.  He went with the flow and took each step rather confidently as it showed up.  I was reminded of how one has to keep their curiosity and adventurous spirit and walk through the open doors that present themselves to you.  In most cases there is something rather cool on the other side.

So let's explore and take the step as it presents itself to us.

Adore Minute : I See Your Character!

I was at a dinner party the other night and I met an very sweet and awesome guy.  He was in a happy and strong relationship and that was so great for me to witness.  Somehow, we started speaking about our celebrity crushes and with an iPad nearby we could just go online and show what we were speaking about.  So when I showed him a pic of my celebrity crush, he said something that really got me thinking.  He told how he was not interested in all the skin pics and preferred seeing someone's eyes or face to see their character.  PS : The pic I chose to show him was shirtless pic ;)

It really got me thinking about how we see the men we meet.  If we are willing to look into them and see their character and be ready to like, adore or love that, how different would our experience of them be.  At the end of the day, I would also liked to be known and loved for who I am on the inside.  Why would it be different for another person?

So this post is to adore the concept of Looking Into Someone To See The Beauty Of Their Character!  Love It!

There come some times in your life when you just connect and click with someone.  You really cannot explain it but it just happens and everything takes on a life of its own and you in touch with the next word, next step, next action.  And it really is heaven.  The X-factor that someone has that draws you in and plugs you in to something really special. So I watched The Hunger Games recently.  I was not really sure how to take this all in because I am usually a little weary when there is all this hype going on about books or movies.  But I did get to watch it and will say that I was pleasantly surprised and loved every bit of the movie.  I was particularly fascinated by Jennifer Lawrence's character and loved every minute of watching her in action.

Katniss Everdeen has a sexiness that glows so beautifully and naturally.  Her strength, intelligence and goodness make her stand out.  Her story in The Hunger Games got the CB nod and applause.  Enjoy the beauty that is Katniss Everdeen!

May we always remember to stay true to that beauty that beats deep within us and that can be free when we simply are.  Katniss got loved by just being her.  We can be the same.  Let your light shine!

(F)riday Bliss!

It's Good Friday and it is a holiday.  Yay!  I love Fridays!  It is the a time of reflecting and taking in what the week has been about.  I probably have the best sleep on a Friday evening as I know Saturday is unwritten and I have the power to choose whatever my story can be for me to be happy.  The next moment is an open book and an adventure waiting to be had.

That is the awesomeness of positive expectation!  It really lines you up in great, warm, lovely energy in your current moment.  So my wish tonight is that the energy of positive expectation, anticipating an awesome adventure be the one that surrounds us today and going forward.

Fridays are a great reminder of freedom from expectation, openness to be and choose what you need to be happy and the dawn of new beginnings.  The weekend!  That time is open for doing whatever you want!  Love it!

CrazeeBee Love : Adding Some Magic To Life

So this has been a week of note.  Been on a high, been on a low but also have made the connection of how deep in Ego I have been.  Shoo!  But with life there also needs to be focus on the stuff that makes us happy and can lift us up.  So for this week, I want to inspire some LOVE for the gifts that keeps on giving:

• Stillness - If you can find 10 to 15 minutes in your day just to be quiet and focus on your breathe, you will be amazed at what all comes to be
• Kundalini Yoga - I discovered a Kundalini Yoga DVD I acquired a few years ago.  I honestly think it is awesome to try out and it is doing wonders for releasing energy and making it flow through me.  I do feel that it needs to be private exercise  as it allows you to focus on your inner truth during the process
• Sweat It Out! - I have found that a good aggressive activity gets so much out and helps me deal with emotions I need to feel and get out the way.  I am loving the elliptical trainer!  You can really get into working those icky emotions out!
• Reading - I have missed how reading grows the mind and imagination.  If you can spend just 30 minutes a day getting your mind engaged in a book or a chapter, it does expand your mind.  I am also finding that it you feel like you accomplish something as you have gone on a journey but you have gained something instead of the usual TV hour to escape
• Cooking Channels - I am loving cooking channels lately.  BBC Lifestyle has my vote currently.  I am loving the ideas that you can get.  I am building a recipe book of basics based on what looks awesome from the chefs and then adding my touch.  All exciting!
