Some More Lessons From The Dating Scene . . . .

I am still going strong on the dating scene.  It really is a fascinating process.  Sometimes I walk away on a high, sometimes I walk away with that OMG this feels really crap.  But all part of the learning process.  Here are some more lessons from the dating scene in no particular order :

1. We all have a delicious core and when we allow our defenses to come down it is magic when it connects with another core.  The harmony that transpires is unbelievable
2. With an amazing connection, one must look at not defining it immediately and pull out the associated project plan that goes with an amazing connection!  It's pressure your date does not need!
3. Easy going, sharing my life with you and you are off the hook for making me happy are UBER sexy traits to have and show on a date.  The trick is that you must really believe it to make your date believe it
4. Be careful of what is your baggage versus your date's.  Own yours and let them own theirs.  And work on releasing the guilt when they make their pain your work to solve!
5. Start of winter dates are awesome.  The scarfs and fashion you can pull off is UBER sexy!  Yum!
6. There is a natural pace to relationships.  Be brave to embrace the natural pace of what unfolds with your date.  Natural pace is the middle ground between your pace and his pace
7. Sexual Chemistry is one tricky bastard!  If anyone has wisdom on it and it's mysterious workings, please SHARE!
8. Nothing beats a great hair day on a date.  Amen.
9. A vibey place definitely does the trick for venue setting.  You connect to a playful energy that is needed when you getting to know someone
10. Stay honest!  With yourself and your date.  Games and analysis paralysis are for those who love being single!

The Wiseman Chronicles : Wiseman Nos 6

Also Known As : Mr Twister! Mr Jekyll and Hyde!

Most Attractive Quality : There is a delicious centre.  Although it is surrounded by a sarcastic, horrible, sometimes nasty exterior, deep down there is a lovable, pure, delicious centre.

Most Adorable Quality : When that delicious centre comes out to play, you cannot believe how 180 degrees this man can go.

He Makes You Feel : That you can bring out the best in him because you are soooo special and one of a kind!  You are the only one that bring this out in him!

He Resonates with : That wants someone to adore you for all the great in you.  That someone can be so in awe with your greatness, that it inspires  them to change and be the best they can be for you.

This man has is challenges.  He has barriers and getting that connection to the heart of him is tricky.  Unlike Wiseman Nos 3 who is so good at hiding his baggage and is able to weave a web of an alternate reality around you, Wiseman Nos 6 at least is honest about where he struggles to be the best he can be or strong in certain areas.

You are also in a state of awareness and have more experience on your side when dealing with a man that has insecurities that he has work through.  The question is whether you are there because you can rescue him so you have someone that will love you forever because of what you have done for them?  Or are you about helping him find his way being the true friend?  Or is it great to have someone just that more messed up than you?  Being with someone like that makes you the powerful one in the relationship?

The bottom line, he is still figuring out how to be secure in himself and owning making himself happy.  The temptation for you to fill that role of making him happy and being needed is huge.  He draws you in with all his vulnerability and you know that he needs someone to just love him the right way.  You also know deep down that it is his job not yours!

Wiseman Nos 6 reminds you that at the end of the day, you are not responsible for someone else's happiness, inner peace and growth. All you can do is focus on your happiness and being the best person you can be. There is no prize for taking responsibility for another man's happiness and well being. Being you that inspires him to take action and own that action to be the best he can be is a good thing. As long as you know that when you finding the need to work hard at keeping him secure, happy and safe, that you know at some point, you will need to have the courage to let go and let him figure it out for himself!
