Spirituality can be overwhelming for some. There is so much out there and so much you can do to make yourself better, happier and getting to a place of grace. But I realise as life goes on that there really are the basics. And the basics means doing what feels right and taking it in your stride. And for me, it starts with a small step. A snowball and then you nurse and roll it down and before you know, it gets a life of its own. Some things to note :
- Take it in small steps : Look at gratitude! Start off by just finding one thing to be grateful for everyday. And then when it feels right, move onto two, then three, then four etc. If you wanting to eat better or workout, start small. You can just do 10 min and move from there. You can take on one healthy mean a week and build from there. Just start something small and let take on its life
- Stay Curious : This is just to keep you open as your process or experience unfolds. This is a way to get you plugged into how it all is unfolding. The clues will come as to what next needs to happen and this happens organically
- Know your Cores : When you have a feel of what really works for you, stick with the cores. Find what can keep you grateful, find what takes your frequency higher daily, find what gets you to the sweet spot of bliss! If it can be counted on one hand, it makes it a whole lot easier
- Work it into life : I find that when you find a place for spirituality in your practical life it can bring such power. I combine some of my affirmations with my most favourite songs. So I actually record some voice overs with my most favourite tracks. Loads of fun listening to it then. You can decide every morning coffee is a time to have your coffee and count your blessings for those 10 minutes or even it is your time to just sit and dream of how good you can imagine your life. It's just 10 minutes of a coffee plus some dream time
- Have Fun : Keep it fun and plugged into your truth and it will come right for you!
