You were never meant to break and your spirit could never die. So that should never be something to fear. You are so much stronger, wiser and resilient than you think you are. I am learning the concept of demanding power versus commanding power. Demanding is admitting you have to be bigger, be better, be perfect! Commanding power is knowing that you have access to it. This power can flow through you and allow you to deal with whatever is in front of you.
