January 2011 so far has been a crazy busy month. No room for me easing into it I figure. Couple of things got some love!
8 - Connecting The Dots - It is an amazing feeling when someone struggles with a problem that causes them pain and stress and then together with love, you can help them connect the dots. And all it takes is understanding people's values. Once they can see the solution within their value system, you see the calm, you see the empowerment. Delicious!
7 - Your Body Taking Care Of Itself - Is it not amazing to eat what you want, get honest with yourself, feel what you need to and seeing how your body restores itself when it has love and exercise!
6 - Naturally Curly Hair + Mousse + Hair Dryer with Diffuser = Amazing Hair - For a naturally curly head, the combination does wonders for the best curls ever! Yay!
5 - Australian Open - Loving the start of the tennis season. Grand Slams are such a special time for the tennis fans!
4 - Jason Greer - He is so tall and even yuumier in person. Yum, Yum!
3 - Comedians - They are sooo funny!!! Attended the 1st Comedic Choice Awards for South Africa which was sooooo awesome. I realised just how sexy their minds are. They see the world in such interesting angles!
2 - Endorphin Rush - Don't you just love a great workout and then the rush of happiness from the endorphins having their party! Yum!
1 - Being in the ZONE! - I love it when you all connected to what you doing and feeling and soaking in every second of the experience. The zone, a heavenly state to be in!
