Do you believe that all you need to be happy lies within you? Could you consider that it is a matter of degree of connection to that space within you from which all wisdom, intelligence, desire and guidance flows? I have found what has helped get in touch with that space is a simple matter of what one is attracted to and/or repelled by! You will be very fascinated to how this helps you with understanding your Life Themes.
For me, a life theme is a concept or area of focus that either bothers you in a big way or excites you beyond measure. Great vehicles for understanding your life themes include :
- Images – A brilliant way to focus the mind on an area of focus and feeds the imagination beautifully. A picture definitely says a thousand words that you can never fully capture in writing. It also has a great way of invoking that feeling place quicker!
- Music – I have started touching on using music as a tool. But start understanding the songs you are attracted to or simply love listening to. What feelings are they invoking? Good or Bad? It is feeding something and simply put awareness to what feelings is being consistently invoked
- Energy / Time / Money Spend – If you going to know what you value highly, just do a list of the top 5 things you spend money on, your energy on, your time on! Those are your current life themes!
- Lists – You can makes lisst till your heart’s content on anything you want. But what is essential is the lists from your heart of hearts not from the mind!
- Journal / Recording Outlet – Find a way to capture all this for tracking. I have found that life themes are an intricate 1 GaJillion piece puzzle! You will be surprised how connected your pain, your blockages, your bliss and your heart of heart desires are. It is simply beautiful and almost always amazes me. When you are ready you will make the links for your life!
The trick is to get the themes out, get a level of awareness of them and decide where they fall on the satisfaction scale. You can then decide if you want to be deliberate in terms changing them to move up the satisfaction scale. Keep the list as small as possible to help focus. You can always add as you go along and other stuff falls into place. Once you have the themes, then you can work on tuning into their frequency! How YUM!
Have Fun Darlins!
