| Ignite The Light and Let It Shine! |
Happy New Year People! Trust it is all blessed and wonderful. I am really drawn to the word IGNITE! May 2011 be a year where we ignite the flame that allows for our greatness to shine and claim our joys. Had some network issues late last night. But 2010 has had it's fair share of great moments . . . . . .
10 - I always have what I need to succeed to JOY! - Amen, you have all you need within you. It is a matter of giving it permission to float to the surface!
9 - We are always bigger than the moment we find ourselves in - It is scary to think that I have choice in every moment to offer the best and most loving response! This applies to any situation, experience or situation we are in. There is always the most Loving Divine response available to us. Big concept, flippin hard to practice but one I aspire to!
8 - We have all we need, it is recognising the form it is in! - This is still new to me but I am unpacking its practicality for my life at the moment. The notion is that your life as it stands today has all your desire manifested, you just do not see it the form you would like! So for me, my wealth is tied up in my Intellectual Property and currently it is in my writing and professional life, I just have not got it in as much cash as I would like! The trick in life is understanding the conversion from one form to another! I could never see life the same after this concept!
7 - Everything has a Frequency - You are a magnet and you have a frequency that situations, experiences, events, people and stuff will match. Give out I am worthless frequency and you will all life has to offer in deeds, experiences, situations, the way people treat you that matches that frequency. Simply change the frequency and watch the fun begin!
6 - What you give out you get back - Don't underestimate the way you treat situations and people in the smallest ways. From the way you judged a cashier, a waiter, a fellow driver, you friends and your siblings. That all comes back to you in different forms. Change what you give and you what comes back is different!
5 - Beauty is in the eye of the beholder - I get this in such a big way. It is tiring trying to make up someone's mind for them, anticipating a reaction or a conclusion. In essence it is exhausting controlling others and their reactions. So here is the opportunity everyday of your life to align to your version of your truth and trust in that. Then it comes down to opening yourself to the possibility that amongst the millions out there, someone does see your value and aligns to what you seeing! It also comes down to being at ease with your truth and trusting that you will respond the best way you know how when it gets challenged!
4 - Vulnerability is a moment of truth and does not define you eternally! - This was a big concept to digest. That being vulnerable doe snot define you. It is merely an opportunity to be completely ruthlessly with our "no censor" "rawness" truth of the moment! It does not speak to any permanent label but the opportunity to experience that truth of who you are in that moment. You have choice to be different thereafter! What a gift to those struggling to be vulnerable!
3 - Intimacy is when you experience someone through their values - So true and much harder in practice. Seeing/Experiencing/Loving someone from a higher and bigger picture is rewarding when you realise that there is no place for judgement and your bullsh1t! When you allow that person to be what they are and move to understanding their values and how they see the world, the love and intimacy you build is phenomenal!
2 - Never Judge a Book By It's Cover - This was very evident in the 2010 World Cup. I love this where the truth sets you free. It did for South Africa. Well Done!
1 - You are what you believe! You are the story you tell yourself every day even up to the minute. And the beauty is that you have the freedom and power of choice to listen to a different story. This is such a powerful bottom line! You can choose the story you believe!
