My Latest Date - 5 Things

Hello Darlins!  Things have been awesome lately.  Life has been blessed and I never really realised it till the other day.  I have been getting out there and meeting people and that has been so awesome. I went on a date the other day and here are some takeaways from that date :
  1. The way you look is really only one dimension to your package.  It can get pretty amazing when you venture into other dimensions of a person and discover them on multiple levels
  2. Feeling sexy and relaxed in your skin is such a great gift you can give yourself, it just adds a whole new level to the interaction
  3. Keeping it light is always a good idea for the first date.  Letting your date unfold as you listen and explore with curiousity is also awesome
  4. When a date is a part of a glorious day and just one of the many wonderful things in your life to look forward to, you in a great space.  It is when it is THE highlight and only spark of loveliness that you should worry
  5. If you can have fun on your own, you have fun with anyone!

Diamonds

So yes, I love this song.  Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!  Miss Rihanna has hit this one out the park. One does get that feeling of connecting with someone and sparks fly.  I am definitely in a new state of mind when it comes to being out there in the city energy and I am finding the city responding in such a beautiful way.  The cliche is true after all.  When the beauty is inside you, it is just a matter of time before the beauty surrounds you and vibrates in your life.

Find that beauty inside you and shine bright like a diamond.  You will be amazed at what reflects back!

Friends With Benefits

I just recently got to watch Friends with Benefits.  The traditional South Africa Sunday evening ritual! I never quite got around to watching it at the cinema but very happy that I finally had a chance to see Justin Timberlake act.  I am yet to see him the Social Network.  I know, how out of touch am I?

Anyhoo, I loved it!  The combination of him and Mila somehow worked. It was cute, funny and brings home the point that Friendship is a key foundation in any good relationship.  Whichever way you look at it, you need to like that person in a deeper sense and like spending time with them.  It is the person you would "spend your Saturday with".  Such a cool metaphor!  So honeyz, as you  go out there and experience the city and mingle, I hope you enjoy it with people you can spend your "Saturday" with.  Be Blessed!

PS : I am crushing on Justin in a big way after this movie.  What a sexy butt he has!  hehehehehe

Your Body

So I have been intrigued by this song ever since I heard it.  I love its attitude, fun filled energy and its sense of freedom.  This is the kinda of song you want to strut to.  The video is interesting though.  I got the sense of a serial killer type that seduces and destroys.  Interesting!  But hopefully we can get past that and enjoy the song.  Have a sexy week!

Friday Inspiration - It Is Worth It

I am in week 2 of my medical diet.  It has not been the easiest road so far as all my patterns are screaming at me and it is fascinating just how distracted one can live! So there is a mental and emotional detox that I am going through seeing that I have cut out my number 1 drug that numbs and takes it away when I need to escape.

This is the thing with going through change!  You do lose sight of the shore at times and this is where some faith and focusing on the bigger picture helps.  I wish you all the courage, faith and awareness as you experience any good change that you are going through. May your bliss be there for you to enjoy. Hugz

Food And The City - 5 Things

I hope that Halloween was awesome this weekend past.  That all the parties were fabulous! I have recently teamed up with a doctor to help me lose this excess weight that I have been carrying for as long as I can remember.  The idea is to lose this excess 10 kgs that I carry generally and keep it off.  What I was not prepared for was what I would experience in the city with this new framework :

  1. Sugar is everywhere! This is from alcohol to yummy sauces to just all that delicious food.  And sugar is the number one source of carrying excess weight so I am just so shocked at how much sugar there is out there.
  2. Convenience is not healthy.  With loooooong work hours or a long day in general.  Who has energy to cook when you walk in your home door?  So the drive-throughs are so welcomed but not necessarily the right thing for you on a consistent basis
  3. Supersize is everywhere! I am amazed how big the portion sizes are when I now realise what  I actually should be eating in terms of portion size.  I now see how we generally tempted everyday to be overeaters!
  4. Water is not drunk like it should be.  We all need to take in liquids.  But the cappuccinos, alcohol, fizzy drinks, flavoured water all start substituting the basic taste of water that has all we need
  5. Being an outcast or encouraged to be not healthy.  It is not as blatant as that.  But dare you not drink alcohol at a party or eat and indulge at a gathering, a work function, a working lunch, etc!  You are so the outcast for wanting to be healthy.  Does take a bit of courage to take on those looks of disbelief that you actually making healthy choices!
So to all those trying to make healthier choices in the city, all I can bless you with is wisdom and creativity.  Because it ain't all easy going out there.  Hugz

Piece Of Me

Not sure where it all is coming from, but I have a Britney Spears crush lately.  It must be the degree of interest and curiousity I have in watching her as a judge and mentor in X Factor.  She took the world over at just 16. Literally! She was the definitive sound in the late 90's.  Very intrigued how someone can be apart of something so huge world wide and how they see the world and what goes in their mind and heart.  That has my interest!

I am in love with this song of late.  The attitude and the "I will live my life by my rules" screams at  me.  So wishing you all that this week.  Take the time to know and live your values.  You will be judged no matter what you do or be so you might as well be your happiest and that comes from living your best values.  Live strong! Friday Inspiration : Nothing Is What It Seems

Hello darlins. I really hope life has been kind, good and awesome to you all.  Shoo!  Just when you think things are calming down, a new wave hits you and you end up dealing. So sorry I have been scarce but wow has it been crazy since I last posted.

Remember that nothing is what it seems.  We only know a part of a perspective and there is always a broader one.  Ask for the faith that although you cannot see the full staircase and can only see the first 2 steps at a time, that you can take the next step and know there will be stairs to where you need to be.

Super weekend to you.  I am doing a Halloween party this weekend and we are going epic!  Enjoy!

Enjoy the pic!  Crazeebee has met someone and is open to  have the connection unfold further and what will come of it.  Yay!

Some Awesome Advice!

I can so relate to this with what I have been going through lately.  And if you brave enough to open your mind, you will realise that your thoughts, the food you eat, the experiences you go through, the music you listen to, the people that surround you, the way you arrange your space at work and home and the way to perceive life all work in energy, frequency and vibration.  And this is where it gets rather simple!  Like Attracts Like!  So start off by looking at what exists today and what it does to raise your energy, your frequency and vibration.  It is all about that which takes you higher literally!  Hugz!

The Space You Occupy

This week the concept of our space has been resonating with me.  We all have a space or a bubble that surrounds us.  It carries and transmits our energy.  So how the world experiences us is contained within that.  It is strongest when you positive and most weakest when you negative.  So there is definitely something to be said about staying positive and focused on that for as long as you possibly can.

I experienced a meditation once where I was asked to get into that peaceful and safe space and then imagine myself creating my island around me that started containing those elements.  I then had to visualise myself going through life and going through my day to day experiences with this island always around me.  And whichever circumstance, person or experience that come onto my island was governed by my laws and my rules.  And my laws and rules where of peace, love, harmony and security!  What a stunning image that made

So this is more to encourage you to start looking at how to build this island around you and make it one where you are safe within it, one where you feel strong and loved and one where you feel at peace.  The great news is that if you can get this to be your constant, it does not matter where you go or where you find yourself, you have this island that radiates from the inside and keeps you safe and guided through your life experiences.

I am sure you have all sense some people with bad vibes or just get some weird feeling when you around them.  You somehow always have your back up.  And then there are some where you feel connected and safe with.  That has got something to do with what they projecting from the inside and the laws of their island that follows them as they navigate life.  It is also good to know that powerful positive thoughts and feelings hold strong against any negative thoughts or feelings.  Light does tae away dark.  So don't stress if you step into a hostile negative island, your positive laws will shine light.

I just find that living in this big city in Africa that it is a tad aggressive and full of people on a mission to get somewhere and obtain an outcome.  I am one of the star players in that game. So I do find that to be the dominant energy of JHB.  It is results orientated and getting somewhere fast.  No wonder most of us need time outs and leaving the city every December to replenish our souls outside of it.  Just a note that maybe if we started calming ourselves on the inside and started with just the basics of love and light for who we are just as we are.  We can find  a peace and security within our space or island.

That would be awesome for us to go out and into the city and experience each other on those terms.  So hopefully, this is the start of taking some thought at how we start with building our islands of peace, harmony, love and security. Happy Zen week to you!

Mwah!

Where Have You Been

Hi Honeyz!  Hope your Monday has been good to you.  Mine has been awesomely chilled.  I am still on vacation and loving it.  I head back to the city tomorrow afternoon.  And yes, it is time I get back to the business of life and my happiness.  The time at the ocean has been awesome and I have loved what I have been unable to uncover and get some clarity around.  This week's song is by my sexy Diva Rihanna!  Not sure what it is but I love this song lately and just cannot get enough of it.  Enjoy its awesome energy.  Chat again soon.  Hugz

CrazeeBee Exhale!

What a lovely week this has turned out to be in the end.  It started rather rocky but I am the ocean and that makes me sooooooooo happy.  Hope you like my pic?  Me on the balcony blogging, reading and taking in the healing awesomeness of the ocean. So here is a Exhale moment on what my week has been like :

As a note, I would love to know how you doing and how your week as gone.  Please comment back by copying the themes below and letting us know how you doing.  Would love to know!

Some thoughts from me :
  • Highs - The ocean, long awesome runs along the ocean drive road, the ocean, the sea air, the sound of the ocean and the awesomeness of this little town I find myself in
  • Lows - I have been doing some interesting work which involves a deeper look at the brain, the mind and the heart connection.  Learning some awesome stuff but it also is making me have some shifts in my life.  Some ugly, annoying and yucky stuff is coming up to the surface and it is not so fun dealing with it!
  • Most proud of welcoming my family into my space and still keeping my sanity and peace.  Things can get crazy with families and mine is no different but it has been so cool having Zen and truly bonding with them
  • Most grateful for the moments of honesty and love that I can have with me, myself and I.  Truly beginning to see just how profound those moments are for my happiness and wisdom
  • You must try road running.  Such a freeing experience.  I am in South Africa and yes I also have my anxiety about venturing out in the open but it has been so much fun the past couple of days.  And the calorie counter is happy :)
  • Been loving my vacation and the ocean!

Friday Inspiration : Make Your Life One Not To Escape From!

Darlins! It is day 2 of my vacation.  Taken a bit of a break from the big city and just truly enjoying the healing power of the mighty, glorious ocean.  But having said that, I realise that maybe it is worth considering creating a life one does not need to escape from constantly.  Some food for thought..............Hugz

Food Is Love - CrazeeBee 5 Top Spots

View From My Last Visit At The Wescliffe

Honeyz!  Hope all is well with you.  JHB just wrapped up another successful Pride Event.  It was a party indeed and full of happy people.  I am trying hard to focus at work.  My holiday is kicking off later this week and I am just counting the hours till I get to chill at the Ocean!  Yay!  Anyhoo, let's get on with understanding why JHB (Johannesburg) is the place to be in South Africa.  Food!  There is so much Good Food to choose from and I simply love my Food.  So here are CrazeeBee's Top 5 Food Spots in JHB :

  • Five - Tashas - JHB is not the fully experienced if you have not had a Tashas breakfast.  I love my weekend visit to Tashas for the best breakfast this town has to offer.  I love the surroundings.  Fresh is word that best describes it!
  • Four - The Westcliff - Awesome lunch place.  The chef surprises with what they come up with and all the food is simply out of this world yum.  But the winner is the best view of JHB!  You get to take in just how pretty JHB is!
  • Three - Luca's Pizerria - I do enjoy their pastas but the winner is their house salad with that out of this world salad dressing.  Yum to the Yum!
  • Two - The Raj - I am so in love with their Lamb Rogan Josh but from what I can see and hear, all their dishes are awesome!

Dress Up In Love! Take on the city

I love the sentiment of this song.  It speaks about dusting off that old yet delicious outfit called love and slipping back into something that will always fit.  Love looks good on all of us.  So this week celebrate that when you step out to face the world, you can always slip into your best looking outfit called love.  Be dazzling this week my darlins! CrazeeBee Wrap Up

We now enter the  month of October and judging by my latest review of my calendar, it is going to be one busy and exciting month ahead.  It has inspired my new theme to explore called "Blessed And The City" (BATC).  watch this space for posts as I write about the fun to be had in JHB.  I feel a sense of renewed life and excitement to be lived and experienced in this Jewel In Africa.  It is like my drought of rut is over and it is all exciting times ahead. But back to this past week.

As a note, I would love to know how you doing and how your week as gone.  Please comment back by copying the themes below and letting us know how you doing.  Would love to know!

Some thoughts from me :
  • Highs - I am having more and more fun when I see how a new perspective or story changes how you deal with the world and situations.  I see it in my experiences at work, how I deal with my inner nightmares and more importantly, my openness to the new coming into my life.  It just strengthens how all our happiness and joy is tied up into how we see the world and what we believe in.  It is a yummy place to be!
  • Lows - I have been going on about this trust thing but I now I see some people in my life in a new light.  I see the truth in their trustworthiness and that is interesting as now I know a truth that enables me to deal with them in a healthier manner.  The same applies to me.  I now see where I have work to be more trustworthy to me!
  • Most proud of getting through a week with high levels of creativity!  It has been awesome to see what is manifesting in my space
  • Most grateful for my family!  Been planning a get together with them the past week. Going to be awesome to spend some time with them just being!
  • You must try using a heart rate monitor system in your workouts.  How your body reacts and deals with exercise is a fascinating learning curve
  • Been loving Glee new season and Grey's Anatomy new season has got my interest

Greatest Learnings - 5 Things

How funny is life!  Here I was going on about being wide awake and then I got smacked with some very interesting information revolving the "trust factor".  I will definitely write something about this later in the week.  But let me ponder on that for a little bit more.  So on this whole thing of learning best in the face of adversity and pain, some of my biggest lessons from some events.

Would love to hear from you, so if you keen, copy and paste the list below into the comments section and let me know your greatest learnings :)
  1. The Big Heartbreak from the "at the time love of my life" : That my happiness is truly my business and my responsibility.  The greater my life is, the quicker I could see the beauty in life and move forward without them around
  2. The Big Work disappointment : This always gives me the opportunity to re-evaluate my life priorities and balance that this is all about me being my best and living my best life and work is but an aspect of that bigger picture
  3. The Big Betrayal from someone very close to me : This has been a recent discovery that has opened such a new perspective.  This really  makes me see how I  go about trusting myself and others and that the more surprised I am of the betrayal, the more I have been in denial or given that person a responsibility that is mine ultimately
  4. The Big Loss of something precious and dear to me : This makes me realise and validate my "I Deserve" factor.  It also makes me see how open I am to receiving new and better things and experiences in my life.  Very insightful experience
  5. The Big Expectation to live up to : When you come back to  middle, it really is a need to get approval that drives this.  And the question will always be whether or  not you are ok with where you are and not subsituting this for someone else's viewpoint

Wide Awake

Happy Rocktober Honeyz!  Hopefully we can all rock this month.  In the final series of "You can find love", I am ending this with the theme of you learn the best and can take it all in with your face on the concrete.  We all get our bubble's burst or fall from that comfort zone.  But for most, it is when we most awake and can take note and see the truth we avoid in other circumstances.  We can consolidate what we know and sharpen perspective.  So here is to embracing the wisdom and learning that is available to us when we fall from cloud nine.  This song best describes that feeling.  Enjoy!

CrazeeBee Reflections

After been out of work circulation due to illness the week before, slowly but surely been trying to get back into it in the work productive mode this past week.  A 4 day work week was hectic as they all are.  Some reflections :
  • Highs - I had moments of clarity when it came to some walls I put up that no longer serve me.  I also had some moments of clarity around my relationship with men and how to move forward on certain stories I tell myself.  The high for me is now having clarity to create a different way of being for myself which opens new doors to experience.  Exciting!
  • Lows - My eating has been pretty indulgent and overdone this past week. Have been rather overdoing the comfort eating thing.  So definitely unbalanced in some area that I am not aware of and eating my feelings away! Sigh!
  • Most proud of me starting to constructively use what I perceive as negative feedback to unpack it for it's merit and move forward constructively rather than brew unnecessarily on it
  • Most grateful for my home and the comforts / pleasures my life is blessed with.  I can do and be so much in my life today and it is truly a very powerful and blessed place to be.  Thank You God!
  • You must try the food from Thava Indian Restaurant.  Simply divine!  Check them out at www.thava.co.za
  • Been loving Ugly Betty re-runs (Major Daniel Meade Crushing), Suits (Those mean are so intellectual - Yum!) and champagne!

A Trip Down Your Ocean Drive - 5 things

We have all been there.  We go though what seems an eternity of struggle, chaos, frustration and pain! Then one day, it is gone.  We are lighter, grateful and everything is just great.  Life has its ups and downs and yes, no matter who we are, we must have our downs and the ups.  It is all temporary but part of living this life. This week, it is all about celebrating the ups after a winter.  Some thoughts :

  1. It is amazing when you realise the growth, increased awareness and wisdom that now reside within you
  2. Your perspective broadens and you have a more balanced view of the situation and future situations like that
  3. You have your power back and vibrating at its best within you.  That is simply glorious!
  4. I particularly love that sense you have of limitless possibilities and that anything can be done
  5. A up is just as temporary as a down.  So soak it up and be in the moment as these get you through the winters.  That knowing of what it feels like and something to look forward to

Ocean Drive

The storm does settle.  It must! That is a fact of life.  After winter, spring is a reality.  It must! That is the design of life.  So this too shall pass whatever that is right now in your life.  Know that nothing ever lasts and that you go with the flow and take in what you need to.  Celebrate that after all your sh1tstorms or tough times that you do emerge wiser, stronger and more aware.  It is worth celebrating and counting your blessings!  Honour that this week.  Hugz

All About CrazeeNess

This past week has been one where I have been really sick.  It all just caught up with me in the end.  Somehow, getting this sick got me thinking about quite a bit of stuff in life.  I also got a chance to slow down which was most welcome.  Some thoughts :

  • Highs - Getting to rest and just giving my mind and body a chance to heal itself.  Quite a cool process just surrendering and letting your body do the rest.  Life got perspective and that was awesome
  • Lows - Feeling really really bad.  Whatever bug that was, it was not a good one
  • Most proud of me finally getting into a reading rhythm.  Soaking up knowledge is so good for the brain and soul
  • Most grateful for my health!  I am reminded how good health allows you to live your best life.  It is a true blessing
  • You must try a red cappuccino.  Had one today and it was marvelous.  It is the cappuccino version but all with rooibos. I was pleasantly surprised
  • Been loving and fully addicted to Mango!  I just cannot seem to get enough of it

When You Take Sex Out The Equation

Would you believe me if I said that every sexual encounter you have gone through has the potential to teach you so much if you willing to open up to the wisdom it has.  If you had to remove sex out the equation and simply look at the situation, you will be amazed with what comes out of that.  You can start to see how you could be blocked in your communication in actually asking for what you want and meaning it.  You can understand what it means to trust and be trusted.  So I encourage you to take sex out the equation and look at the situation from a different angle.  The tale that is told will astonish even you :)

Making Love - 5 Things

This is make love to yourself week.  So hopefully I can inspire some ideas to start giving to yourself.  Some CrazeeBee suggestions :
  1. Long hot baths with good scents, amazing body scrubs and body butter.  Meditative music is a must.  I have found when you in that relaxed state, your mind taps into the unconscious and you will be amazed what comes up in that space.  And you feel so amazing from head to toe after you are done applying the body butter ;)
  2. Chakra balancing is an awesome gift to yourself.  I have been taught a few simple chakra balance techniques.  I cannot really explain what happens inside you but there definately is an energy shift and you connect on so many levels and I must say you do feel a so beautiful
  3. Sacrad Space and Time is a ritual we all must practice.  In this busy life, when you make a consciousness effort to shut the world out and spend time in a warm and safe space with you, you open a space to love you.  Learn to block out some sacrad time for just me, myself and I!
  4. The eyes of love you will need to start loving you and your body as it is. Some cannot bare the sight of their body, but the first step is to look and feel the disgust and hatred.  And then once you really get into the feeling of it, you get to a point of choice to be willing to wrap that up in pink and start loving it the way it is today.  It takes practice!
  5. Good Music is the way to go to feel deeply and be in the moment.  Music with no words is great as it helps to let go and not get attached into one train of thought

All About Crazee-ness

Wow! So change and chaos are the theme of this week past.  What an emotionally challenging week this has been.  And the more open you are in life the more you feel! Shoo! Take a look :

  • Highs - The concept of balance hit home with that it only is a reality when you fully in the moment of now.  I went big for a spring party I attended last weekend and boy was it awesome to just throw caution to the wind and indulge in just letting go.  Important that we get more of those in our lives.  Balance the responsibility with freedom must be a way of life!
  • Lows - In my workspace, all my hard work came crashing down in one of my biggest disappointments for this year so far.  I am embarrassed, hurt and angry!  But as much as my emotions are raging and mind racing, something is different.  I am wide awake and present and I see that the best learning I could ever ask for is in the state I am in currently.  Feels crap but also it is rather fascinating!
  • Most proud of my instincts.  Whether I listened to them or not, they were spot on the past few weeks!
  • Most grateful for all the wisdom I have gathered along the way.  Amazing how it comes together when you in that place of questioning, having faith issues and simply figuring out what the story is that you want to buy into . . . . . . . . .
  • You must try pilates with a sizzling hunk of a trainer ;) They have to ensure that you positioned correctly to get the maximum benefit from the exercise, so they need to get a little physical with you at times.  And having a hot trainer do that is always welcome ;) My artists impression below of the hunk trainer I got to work with this week.  As painful as the exercises were, I loved it anyway!
  • Been loving all things French lately from the accent, to Moet (the champagne), to songs sung in French to the French man.  Yum Yum Yum.  Also, the artist impression pic below is of a French Rugby player that is based in South Africa.  Double Yum!

Relationships Are Energy Exchange! What Are You Giving?

I have been working with a Guru trying to understand the whole Tantra thing deeper.  The one conversation we had really got me thinking and I thought I would share :)  He spoke about relationships and how they are about energy exchange.  It is about giving and receiving energy.

A very interesting exercise he asked me to do which I strongly suggest you all try is the following.  Take a page and divide it into 2 sides.  One side is about what you want to give to a partner and the other side is about what you want to receive from a partner.  You probably only really want to take note when you do this for the 3rd time.

What has been fascinating for me through this process is understanding what you truly want to give someone else when you with them.  We tend to build walls to protect ourselves and it puts us in a position to keep on taking from someone.  Also, the less we know about who we are and what makes us happy, how can we know what we are able to give.  I mean is it not the safest place to learn than with yourself?  How to give to yourself, how to nurture yourself, how to make you happy!  If you can't try that with yourself, how would you be able to give to another.

What  has been so profound to discover, is that the more you get comfortable with giving, the more you get secure in what you about and what you offer that is wholesome and good.  Go on, figure it out!

Acknowledge The Ugly Bits!

It is no use ignoring that what disgusts you, scares you or annoys you.  The way I know life, the more you ignore, the more extravagent it will get in order to get your attention.  Life starts off gentle with its lessons and gets louder the more you ignore it! So maybe it pays to embrace the ugly and hear what it has to say.  The result will surprise you.  Live with light and joy this weekend.  Hugz

Loving Yourself - 5 Things

Loving yourself! Always easier to say than actually do.  And wow is it even easier when someone loves you despite all your self hatred.  You can get used to someone else making you feel better about who you are.  But the truth no matter how much we want to deny it is that when you can look at yourself warts and all and say, I love you for who you are, then the fun begins in your life to truly enjoy the blessings life has to offer. No getting away from that my Darlins!  Some things I have noticed :

  1. No matter how many big gestures and ends of the earth adventures someone goes to to make you happy, it will never really make you happy if it ain't aligned to what you believe about yourself. So the logical place is to start with what you believe about your lovability
  2. Be willing to truly see who you are warts and all.  And especially the warts.  Embrace the disgust, the hate, the fear, whatever it is that you do not want to feel.  Behind that feeling is the truth that allows you to step forward to start loving who you are
  3. You cannot make love in armor!  So whatever walls you have or armor stops you from truly feeling loved and giving love.  Start lovingly looking at breaking down that wall and letting that special light shine
  4. You have the power and choice to love yourself!  It does seem impossible but you do.  It can start with something as simple as being willing to consider the idea of what it would be like to simply give yourself a hug with love.  Have a weekly ritual where you spoil just you and forget the world.  Make love with yourself through hot baths, facials, luxurious moisturizing, loving touch etc.  Learn to love you in that way!
  5. Visualise yourself soaked and bathed in soft, light pink light.  Cocoon yourself in it and imagine it soaking through and filing you.  Pink is the colour of unconditional love.  Visually bathing in it helps!

Call Me Maybe

The dating scene these days can be very interesting for those in their 30's and looking to find love.  There is the whole put it out there and then go with the opportunities as they come vibe.  But recently, I realised that what we think, what we say and what we do don't always link up.  It opens a whole new view of how we communicate with the world with what we really want.  But there is nothing but learning about it as you go along.

This week goes to all the singletons in their 30's !  Especially my fellow gay men.  Some of us are big on this NSA thing of which a select few really mean it, some are keen to be friends and confuse that with sex and some of us just want to connect and go about it in the wrong places.

Here is to meeting someone, getting that awesome feeling inside and just going with the next step.  The more and more this life unfolds for me, the more I see how being clear with what you really want opens the door to explore that on a real basis.  Here is to linking up what we think, feel, say and act!

All About CrazeeBee

What a week the first week of September has been.  Very happy that my blog is back in action.  I hope I do get the time to pour my love and voice into this going forward like I used to.  Life has been as follows :

  • Highs - I realised that I am beginning to live the reality of an intention I set out 3 years ago.  To help shape and drive transformation in whatever I do.  My career and personal passions are beginning to come together in such a way to allow me to shape it and drive out a service.  I am sooooo grateful and hopefully I will do it justice and be a vehicle for positive change!
  • Lows - I am working a bit toooooo hard.  But I am beginning to see where I am blocked on my communication.  What I think / feel to what I say to what people hear are not aligned.  I have some work to unravel this.  But is causing me taking on work for other people :(
  • Most proud of my weight loss eating food I love!  Been 5 weeks and I am 4 kgs lighter.  Just another 9 kgs to go.  Going to be interesting with the next set of kgs to drop
  • Most grateful for all the support I get from the universe.  Absolutely amazed by all the blessings in my life to date and how things are just falling into place
  • You must try Ostrich. Been preferring it over beef these days and it goes well with everything
  • Been loving Prince Harry lately. I think I have a crush on him.  It is the ginger hair ;)

Friday Inspiration : Love Starts With You

Whether we like to admit it or not, Love does start inside.  When you decide to love yourself and treat yourself with kindness and gentleness, the rest of the pieces of your life connect into that and it starts flowing throughout.  We all chase this fantasy that it lies outside us and we keep looking and working hard to get it from an external source.  May you be inspired to start with you and the first step is simply allowing yourself to be yourself and you being ok with that.

Happy weekend! Hugz

Guilt Is A Fearful Response To Wanting Forgiveness!

To feel guilty is really about acknowledging that something is not right on the inside with how you behaved, a choice you made, the way you treated someone or how someone felt about a decision you made or how you acted.  It is a twisted way of asking yourself for forgiveness.  I got this from reading an article by Gary Zukav.  It really resonated with me.  He described guilt as a fearful response from one's personality.

I took away that it is a fearful response to asking for forgiveness.  To understand that you could have made a better choice, behaved better or been more in touch with your best rather than your insecure side.  So the trick is to forgive yourself and know that the power is in the now for you to make a better choice in this moment.

That has been the greatest realisation for me.  That no matter what you feel and how bad you feel, it does not help punishing yourself with more destructive behaviour or playing suffer the martyr!  There is a power within you to make better choices and move forward better and stronger that you are now.  And you have access to that! So why not embrace it and move forward better than before?

So go for the great and know that your best is within you.  It is a matter of you accessing it!  Read more of Gary had to say : Gary Zukav - 5 Things You Can Learn From Guilt

A Hopeless Situation Is Not So Hopeless - 5 Things I Have Learnt

  1. There is always power of choice.  That means the next moment is up to you how you respond and move forward.  It may even be to choose to be grateful for the next 2 minutes and take it from there
  2. As difficult and bullshitty as this sounds, it is true.  There is a lesson but the lesson is in the perspective or changing of position of how you see the situation.  In most cases it is a clue for you to understand what you need to integrate into your wisdom volt going forward
  3. It is a spiral of experiences. Which means the experience never goes away.  It will keep coming back.  What does change is the level of consciousness you have to deal with it that makes it no longer a big deal provided you have integrated the wisdom.  That in itself is a huge miracle when your consciousness / perspective grows
  4. Open yourself to inspiration i.e. allowing spirit to speak to you.  For some it is writing it out and then the AHA comes.  For some it is going for a walk and for some it is music.  Find your mechanism that allows you to open up your awareness to receive messages
  5. Release the negative energy!  I have found this to be the most powerful for me.  I have discovered toning as a practice which I will share later this week in the CrazeeBee Love section.  But get in touch with the frequency of the hopeless feeling and release it and then move yourself to a much more positive frequency.  It does wonders with what unfolds for you

You Can Find Love Anywhere

Hello Again!!!

It has been so long since I posted.  I guess I got wrapped up in the change that was happening in my life.  So much was happening and transforming and my voice somehow got silenced in this or retreated.  I needed to be aware and listen to what was unfolding.  I did not have much to say nor much to share, simply absorbing and dealing with what was being thrown at me.  So after some time in my cocoon, I am beginning to find my voice again.  So I hope life has been good to you and blessings have been abundant.

September is spring month and with it new birth and new beginnings.  I have been realising more and more how much love there is out there! It is a matter of seeing it!  So this week, I wish you all the ability to find and see love in any situation you find yourself in.  A change of perspective is a true miracle that you can give yourself.  Be willing to surrender your fear, guilt and resistance and embrace that there is a higher view or perspective to what you seeing in your current situation.  Simply ask and allow for that new perspective.  Happy miracles!  Hugz

Dance Again

Hello and I hope your weekend was awesome!  I will admit that I had a great one.  Just taking in the simple stuff makes a huge difference to one's life.  Anyhoo, I am on this vibe of you can start to be loved, have fun and be empowered in this moment.  I got an interesting wake up call this weekend around the concept of being in the energy of desperation which I will post later in this week once I find the words to express it.

But for this week, let's take lead from the sexy Jennifer Lopez.  If there is anyone who knows how to live a good life and makes it all new and keeps it evolving, it is her.  She is rocking her life and I will say aging beautifully!  I want some of that!  Enjoy and strong week to you.

Loving The 30's : 5 Things

My 20's were truly a blur.  I do remember having quite a few wild moments and loads of energy.  Did I use it all wisely? No a chance.  But through it all I did learn soooo much.  Being 20 and aware has been the biggest gift I gave myself.  But there is the youth and beauty that I took for granted.  Ask me to go back and I actually am likely to decline the offer and here is why :

  1. There is a wisdom you get in your 30's where you figure out and conclude quicker about a challenge or situation.  Your clarity on your next step definitely comes quicker in your 30's
  2. Your happiness and comfortability definitely feature more strongly in your decision making.  The disease to please is less than before
  3. Sex is better!  I guess it is about exploring and experiencing on more than just one level
  4. Taking moments and savouring them are just so much more powerful
  5. There is a confidence in yourself whether it be emotionally or mentally.  There is more belief in what you about and how you handle situations

Human Nature : Hello Again!

Darlings!  Yes I have been away for the whole of June.  Sh1t Happens as they say and I had a full head and heart and just could not feel what I was doing in my work, life and my writing.  I also has some personal heavy stuff to deal with and I needed to deal with it on my own.  So I hope that you have been well and blessed! I will be catching up with all that I have missed over the past couple of weeks.

So we are in July and it is my most favourite month!  Primarily because it is my birthday month.  And I have decided to celebrate the new era I am stepping into.  It is my scary age.  The big 35!  I could never imagine life beyond this.  But I am here and I have to deal with it.  No getting away with it.  So instead of being depressed and sad about my age, I have decided to start celebrating and being grateful.

So enjoy my Monday choice of song.  It is fun and delightful and flirtatious.  Just like we need to be with life! Enjoy!

CrazeeBee Love : What's Your Number

In the CB love section this week, I am giving a shout out and lots of love to the movie "What's your number".  It is hilarious and pleasantly surprising how Chris Evans turns out to be more of a man that I saw him to be.  And this speaks to the characters he plays and not him personally (sorry Chris!).  I loved how his character unfolded in the movie and became more lovable, adorable and awesome as the movie continued.  Sometimes it is great to get that guy that is there to help to unpack your baggage and help you get to just being you.  Yum!!!!   So if you in the mood for a funny rom-com, I do recommend this.  Enjoy!

The Story Of The Shape Shifter

This week's tale of insight is around the form in which your desires are currently manifesting into.  I read about this concept that we have all we need.  We just need to recognise the current form it is in.  If it is not in our desired form, it can be transformed.  That is as far as I got.  The transforming side of things I am still working on.  But there is some truth in recognising the form of what your desire is currently manifested in.

Seeing that we are on Man Awesomeness month, let's take your perfect relationship with your perfect man.  For some the perfect relationship can be currently manifested in a solid strong amazing friendship.  It could be a work relationship or a person you know from your sports club or someone you go to class with.  How you are with them lives out your desire.  And that says something about where you comfortable playing to experience being your perfect relationship with your perfect man.

I do see that as you drop baggage and peel away misunderstandings and make decisions to tell yourself a different story, that the form or status quo does start to shift.  I have realised that my bliss zones are definitely in the emotional and mental areas of what I call perfect relationships.  And the physical area was not always something I used to balance well.  It somehow used to get de-prioritised when going for the bliss factors in a relationship.  So every perfect relationship for me in the past has been one where the physicality could never manifest fully!  It was always deep and amazing within the mental and emotional areas.  So examples of the perfect man relationships I had were predominately straight men that I had amazing connections with and it never went further than amazing mental and emotional connections.

As I have learnt to balance the areas in my life and unpacking making different choices for my happiness, so do I see how the shifts have happened in my life.  So whether you are attached or single, the same concept applies to you.  You will manifest on a form that best serves where your desire and priorities are currently settled!  The good news, it can change when you story inside changes! Go Strong!

CB Awesome Man List : The Men That Made A Difference

If one looks back, there have definitely been men that have played a significant role in our path to date.  I can surely look back and see now with love the roles they played in my life and how it shaped my insight and deepened my wisdom.  I could see myself from a different angle and know myself deeper as a result.  This is a thank you to them for taking me deeper to know who I am.  My key takeaways :

5 - My First Love - I have something special inside that is beautiful and worth loving.  And sometimes it is up to me to love that most of the time
4 - My First Serious Boyfriend - Intimacy requires you both to feel equal to each other to open up and grow together
3 - My Dad - We are perfectly human and it pays to put your trust on the principles of love rather than a human being
2 - My Hero - I have those great traits within me, I just need the courage to acknowledge and let it shine within me
1 - Me - I am open and aware and that staying humble and curious allows me to learn and grow to bliss

What have been your key takeaways from the men that have made a difference?

Next To You

I was very grateful for this weekend past.  It allowed me to have some breakthroughs on what I was really feeling deep inside.  I could not understand with everything going relatively well why I was so down and carrying negative energy.  Something was nagging at me and I just let it be until the weekend.  But with some breathing space, I discovered what it was all about.  I will share in due time.  I just need some time to process it for myself.

Having said that, there is nothing like a good sweet song to make me smile.  This is one of them.  For the single folk, this can be a great one to get you closer in though and feeling to the man that is perfect for you.  For the attached, just a good excuse to cuddle and appreciate your man.  Either way, it rocks to have them close to you.  Hugz

Some Inspiration : Vision Of Love

I love the sentiment of this song.  The words say it all.  So soak in the Vision Of Love you have yourself and your life and set them free.  Know that the blessings will unfold for you!  Mwah!

Treated me kind

Sweet destiny
Carried me through desperation
To the one that was waiting for me
It took so long
Still I believed
Somehow the one that I needed
Would find me eventually

I had a vision of love
And it was all that you've given to me

Prayed through the nights
Felt so alone
Suffered from alienation
Carried the weight on my own
Had to be strong
So I believed
And now I know I've succeded
In finding the place I conceived

I had a vision of love
And it was all that you've given to me
I had a vision of love
And it was all that you've given me

I've realized a dream
And I visualized
The love that came to be
Feel so alive
I'm so thankful that I've received
The answer that heaven
Has sent down to me

You treated me kind
Sweet destiny
And I'll be eternally grateful
Holding you so close to me
Prayed through the nights
So faithfully
Knowing the one that I needed
Would find me eventually

I had a vision of love
And it was all that you've given to me
I had a vision of love
And it was all that you
Turned out to be

Figuring It Out

One thing some of us tend to forget is just how human the man is that is perfect for us is.  When a man in our life plays the prince charming role, is our saviour, gives us safety, gives us comfort, it gets difficult for us when he surrenders into what is human about him.  To be fully human means that he has times when he is insecure, overloaded with his challenges and dealing with himself.

The trick to figure out is how we understand that and how we get a clue that in some areas we need to take responsibility.  He does not always need to carry and solve our need to feel safe, feel loved and feel like we matter.  Just simply by us being open to understand and give him the space to be off the hook, we open up a space to love him as he is and give him room to be himself.

This has been a "AHA" I have recently had.  Someone very dear to me, needed his space to sort out his challenges.  Being one of my heroes and rocks, it really got me scared about how I could go on without  his full attention on approving how I was doing.  I have also realised that he could not really be himself around me when he was down or going through something difficult as it was always about what he was doing for me.  The burden of being a hero to someone!  I do realise that it was a huge wake up for me to take some responsibility in some areas of my life.

So my tale today is that create a space for the man that is perfect for you to be himself and be perfectly human. And it starts with figuring out the clues of where you need to take responsibility for yourself.  You can figure it out!

The CB Awesome Man List : Sports

The sportsman!  Nothing more to say than just yum yum!  I love the mindset they need to have to focus and zone out and just do what they need to get the job done.  There are times they need to wear their heart on their sleeves and throw it all in there to win the game.  So here is the celebrating the spirit and sexiness of the sportsman.  Crazeebee's top 5 sportsmen.  Take a wild guess which is my favourite sport :

5 - Rory Kockott - A quirky and lovable South African rugby player.  Love him to bits and purely because of that huge adorable factor!

4 - Ryk Neethling - He is a South African treasure and we love him.  He brought home the gold and made his country very proud.  More than that, he is one of those good guys with a good heart and great gentle nature.  He is a sweetie!

3 - Ben Cohen - Another sexy rugby player.  I am very touched by how he has taken to such a great cause and making a difference.  But he is still yummy regardless.

2 - Michael Sullivan - A very sexy rugby player from down under.  He smolders and has this gentle strength to him.  Love it!

1 - Novak Djokovic - He has the best sense of humour and has so much fun.  Gotta love the tennis world number 1.  He is adorable, funny and loads of fun!
